Nagarathar community people belong to "Irani Koil" from 9 nearby villages unite here every 2 years in the Tamil month of "Karthigai" to offer pooja / prayers to the family God "Kula Theivam" Karuppar for over 4 days. Simple / healthy / Tasty food is served to all people for all the 4 days. One red sheep is offered to God on the second day and cocks offered on the 3rd night.
